Refreshing, dry but well balanced. This is the best cider I ever had! — 6 days ago
Good. Semi-dry. Spices — a day ago
14’ Sea Smoke TEN.
Baked strawberries, allspice nose to it.
Cranberry, red current, dark cherry. Secondary notes of cinnamon, rose & lavender. Medium- bodied with striking acidity at first taste. Settles down quite nicely after a short decanting. Drinking in it’s prime now. — 25 days ago
Wow I love this new cider I found, the peach is so strong and lovely and it’s not actually too sweet, it’s somewhat dry which gives it a nice bite. The blackberry is subtle but man I’m still so happy with this cider. — 17 days ago
Lean, mean, crisp apple and lemon oil, fresh herbs, intensely marine-influenced minerality and salinity. Lovely Chenin-like wooliness and energizing acid on the palate. Bravo to my friend @Erik Longabardi on this profound expression of Long Island history and terroir. — 18 days ago
Thanksgiving dessert, held up to the sweetness perfectly. Fruity but with an underlying tannic funk. — 2 days ago
