Funky for a couple hours then blew off. Nice Pinot fruit.not quite rose, not quite red. — a month ago
Too austere. Finish was too acidic and I never complain about that. — 18 days ago
Fresh stone fruits, lots of minerals. Tight tight bubbles. — a month ago
Explosive but fine bubbles. Oozing with racy acidity and flavors ranging from green apple to sweet minerality. — 21 days ago
Really good and to me has a brettiness to it that worked — 2 months ago
Super nose. Smells like Meursault 1er Cru. Genevrieres or Charmes. Hazelnuts. Minerals. Smokey, complex and super refined. Iodine. Gains mega salt with air. Almost a Puligny like aspect as well. Green Apple and spiced apple. Palate is super juicy and clean. Elegant and mineral with lovely purity and finesse. Very long and has terrific apple fruit that is clearly defined and also intermingled with spice. Very sappy and deep. Minerals and saline abound. Finished toasty and spicey with terrific thrust.
After air this really gets going. Maybe 30 minutes it needs. So much acid and energy. It is alive on one’s palate. Such a lively and energetic mousse. What an intense and chalky finish. Love this. What a mineral beast!
