This wine has a beautiful amber colour & comes from one of Canada’s greatest wineries (despite it’s relative lack of profile).

Tobacco. Smoke. A bit of red fruit…. Mainly raspberry. It really has come along after aging it a few years.

Well structured and balanced, crafted in the traditional method, Stardust opens with aromas of toast and lightly roasted nuts. Flavours of apple, lemon, some smokiness, and maybe vanilla. Very fresh for 10 yrs old and a worthy partner for mixed sushi. — 3 months ago
