Voyage 17- bought by Brent — 10 months ago
Color of saturated caramel. Nose of thick aldehyde, spicy apple note, powerful spice in the nasal cavity, some milk chocolate, some woody fragrance, and in face, some black tea note. Taste of spice, with some salty and slight sweet note, some caramel note, some zest, some dark chocolate, very powerful indeed. Aftertaste is zesty and sweet, with never fading power of alcohol. 112 proof, no joke. She is a powerful monsters with flavors. However definitely too strong for me. — 3 years ago

Voyage No.3 compliments of Chef Maides. Killed the bottle. Served with a single large ice cube (spring water). Honey suckle, caramel, vanilla, toffee, baking spices...quite viscous. A bit hot at first but what do you expect. Finish is medium length. — 3 years ago
A little more toast and caramel than I am used to. Pear, honey, apples, dash of nuts...
Yeasty, oaky nose.
Pale golden hue.
