More like a Chablis than a Sauvignon Blanc. So saline and citrusy. Love De Moor wines. — 3 days ago
Best young bottle of this cuvee I’ve had in quite some time. I usually buy 2 and drink one on release and cellar the other for a few years. Age always settles these wines down and takes off some of the hard edges off but this one was ready right now. All the texture that I love DeMoor for, but also rich and round right out of the gate. — a month ago
Fin doft med moget äpple, persika, muscat och mineral. Bra syra och mer gröna äpplen och citron i smaken. Balanserad och mycket god — 4 months ago
Electricity in a bottle. Screaming acidity, wet rock, green apple, lemon zest. — 13 days ago
Zingy and bright, green fruited, very chalky minerals and long bright acid like a vin claire champagne. But also with its own sort of generous texture, sweet and sour character and judicious oaking. The aroma is nutty, and builds with yellow apple and green grassy scents. Needs time. — 4 months ago

Trying to get into more dessert wines, this will be lapped up by De Moor fans, sweet but complex, crème brûlée and tart apples. — 10 days ago
