Love the NJ Tango! — 22 days ago
Nice to taste it from the other side of the country. We land in the same place. Haze is in. — 8 days ago
Nose has wet lemon slice, cold lavender, lemon grass freshly chopped, white/yellow flowers, honeydew melon and dry beach sand.
Palate has green melon / white flower mash-up, fresh lemon zest, lavender leaves, slight spice (Gewürztraminer-like) notes, medium finish...very refreshing! Great Effort, 💕❤️Ravines!
Unsure of the exact blend percentages but Morten notes it is a dry blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris & 6% Muscat Ottonel. (I get no benefit endorsements, trust me...Probably detrimental to us; as popularity gains so will pricing...but a rising tide lifts all boats, right?) — 7 days ago
Understated - very much easy sipping and still enjoyable. Light sweetness on back need. Beautiful golden color. Peach and possibly another stone fruit. Sweet fragrance. Very easy go to. Wonderful for dessert - not too sweet and not dry. — 14 days ago
There aren’t many NY state wines I have found memorable but this one definitely deserves praise. Not as sexy as a French or California Cab Franc but great purity and balance (20% Merlot added). Excellent fruit and enjoyable mid weight red. Congrats to the winemaker!!👍👍 — 8 days ago
👀: Garnet Red
👃: Vanilla, stewed fruits, raisin
👅: Blackberry, Currant, Black pepper, clove, definite oak influence, very tannic — 11 days ago
