Awesome for a rose on a fall day. Especially a little chill to it. Nice long taste with the slightest of bitter finishes. — 4 months ago

Note to self: I shouldn’t have used Coravin. Four months after first tap it’s still a great wine, but lost its magic. Intense dragonfruit on the nose, honeyed botrytis note, enveloping sweetness and almost phenolic broad palate. Like a great passito di Pantelleria, but far from the once-in-a-lifetime rainfall magic of its first tap — 2 months ago
Not bad, esp for $23. Great summer wine! Fizzy muscat with just the right amount of acidity. Minerality , lime, salt. Dry wine that’s not sweet at all. Green apple. 10.5% can drink this all day — 7 months ago

So this is a good story! It’s too hot to go outside for one so I decided to open a wine I haven’t had yet and pair it with some cheese for an afternoon snack. A double Gloucester with onion & chive cheese, a garlic & herb BellaVitano and a soft dill Havarti and of course I love Castelvetrano olives! So… I send this picture to my brother, knowing that he is in France right now and I’m not usually a French wine drinker, and where do you suppose he is? In Alsace!! Needless to say I scored some points with him and am enjoying a new French wine! Thanks Alex!! Oops I forgot, this wine is made up from the Noble grapes of Alsace; Gewürztraminer, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Muscat. And… the story goes on….while reading a historical fiction about The Women of Chateau Lafayette. — 5 months ago

Slight skin contact here. Handled adroitly to get complexity without any bitterness. — 14 days ago
