Pretty unique blend here of nearly 50/50 Malbec and Merlot, just a little cab. This is a fun wine with good structure and lots of complexity. Earthy and tight but opens up to a good fruit forward finish.
@Jillian Varner says this is like a “musty cured meat cabinet” which is hilariously on point. — 3 days ago
Fruity and pillowy soft with round perfume aromas when it opens up, but it’s ready for drinking now, not too much more aging compared to their Napa. — 3 days ago
Always enjoy this blend. This one was as expected. Dark fruits like plum, medium bodied, tannins not too harsh, great on its own or with a steak — 3 months ago
Lemony zest with an interesting salinity vibe that takes away the sour notes and leaves things at a peach yogurt tartness. It’s got a medium sized, refreshing quality. Lots of powerful flavor. — 3 days ago
Plenty of acidic puckery happening here. Tight and round on the front, a bit fruitier compared to their Bennett Valley, and this one has much more aging potential. — 3 days ago
Some green pepper on the nose mixed in with some aged cured meat. Has a dustiness that is structured well but tight tight tight! This guy is totally not ready and needs quite some aging. — 3 days ago
This is a nice light Pinot with some slight funkiness, not too much. A little spice, also not too much. Kind of earthy, but not too much.
Overall, it’s not too much. — 3 days ago
Appreciated the aged flavor profile of this Chardonnay. Smooth. Tropical layers with vanilla undercurrents. — 2 months ago
Delicious and smooth. Light oak, fresh fruit. We enjoyed this one a lot! — 3 months ago
