Cave Laetitia Ducroux

Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc 2022

This wine is the 2022 Laetitia Ducroux Cave Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc. This is from Reigny Grézancy en Sancerre, France.

On the nose there is lime, grapefruit, white peach, pear, honeydew melon and quince.

On the palate is grapefruit, lime, white peach, minerality, honeysuckle and pear.

This is a medium bodied wine with a crisp mouthfeel medium + acidity the gives way to a long citrus grapefruit mineral finish. Stay safe and healthy and enjoy yourselves, you know you deserve it. Nostrovia! 🥂🥂🥂🥂

Les Galets Arroyo Grande Valley Pinot Noir

Wonderfully perfumed and rich eight year-old Central Coast Pinot Noir, with fruit, acid, tannins and earth in harmonious balance. Got better as the night went on, and the leftover half bottle the next day was great—soft and approachable yet complex and delicious interesting. Rather Old World, I would say. Enjoyed the 2014 vintage with Livarot cheese and an artisanal country loaf. Magnifique! — 2 years ago

Nadia Vintner's Collection Monterey County Pinot Noir

Really nice find by @Caroline Graham. Nose felt a little sacramental initially but it opened up well. Red fruits just on the underripe/ripe edge, ashen earth. — 2 years ago
