Overly cold unfortunately which mutes much of the flavour you would expect from this 1er Cru from the excellent 2014 vintage for white burgundy made by the baby faced assassin Henri Boillot. I might add to this note once it has warmed up. Very lemony. — a month ago
young but wanted to try since the wife ordered white burgundy and Boillot is occasionally premoxed. Not this bottle. Started out quiet, took a little time to unfurl and then: wow. Really great soft layered texture, like drinking mercury. Very intense and concentrated citrus and minerals, steely like CC should be, acid that tightens up the whole package and drives it like a laser into and through the palate. Then it just fans out and hits every nook and cranny. Fireworks! Super wine. — 2 months ago
Stunning wine from a very good white Burgundy vintage — 16 days ago
Not like the Gouges of old. Supple, round, and approachable with a lick of fine tannin at the end. Simple and more bourgogne level than Village. — 2 months ago
For our last week in NY before moving back to Paris, we decided to taste some favorites. This one was royal, stunning, and starting to open up. Probably great in 3 to 5 years, but accessible and excellent as we speak. — a month ago

This showed rich notes of citrus, pear, honey, mineral & white flower that was still fresh with its racy acid. I can’t see this getting better so drink up. — 22 days ago
