A little slow to open up, but a good companion to Ina Garten panko crusted salmon. That distinctive note of rhubarb in a German Pinot Noir.
A little cloudy, pale red with a bit of purple and orange.
Pleasant example of German, Baden, Pinot. — 7 months ago
Expressive nose with black peppercorns, cloves, crushed rock, a hint of iron & blood, underneath all that - pure black fruit. Fresh, spicy, enticing.
Medium bodied on the palate with ripe, grippy tannins, juicy black fruit acidity and nice purity to the fruit. This has grip, good tension, quite some power and loads of character. Reminiscent of Northern Rhône.
Nice length, too! A brilliant Austrian red! — 2 years ago

Tastes like a funky Pinot Noir. Very good to drink on its own. Bought at BP — 2 months ago
