I can understand its 3-digit score by Luis Gutierrez, as this is clearly a remarkable wine. Densely packed but also fresh, elegant and mineral driven. Most likely, I won’t get a second chance, but it would be awesome to re-taste this layered and complex, red berry tinged beauty in another 4-6 years. Doubtlessly, it will age beautifully and slowly. Feeling lucky to have tasted such a rare and special wine that usually never makes it to the states. It’s been quite a while since this moment. Hopefully we’ve begun to import it. — 6 years ago
Birthday wine from @Victoria Gutierrez thanks! — 7 years ago
Another wine which was overrated by Luis Gutierrez of #Parker I understand why he liked it because he’s a huge fan of #Garnacha and from Avila in particular because that’s where he’s from, but this wine from #Navarra is simple, which by itself isn’t a bad thing. It’s just straightforward good Garnacha #Grenache and perhaps due to it being matured in #tinajas it’s got #coolkid status. — 3 years ago

NV | from low end cooking sherry (last post) to high end world class palo cortado. From Palomino Fino grapes. Mesmerizing smell. Multi layered. Marsepan. Walnuts. Cedar. Turkish delight. You can smell endless and your brain brings new impressions. The taste is endless. Top notch. Aperitive. — a month ago
