The Devil Wears Pink Boushey Vineyard Rosé Blend 2019

Light pink, herbal, melon and white pepper aromas, also a slight sulfite-cabbage aroma that I did not find objectionable. Watermelon and cherry flavors. Dry but fruity, good acid, cherry and watermelon on finish with some skin astringency. — 3 years ago

The Evil Twin Cabernet-Syrah Blend 2018

Deep and dark. Motor oil and cherry from Syrah. Black and blue fruits from cab. Will improve with age for another 5-8. — 3 months ago

Old Scratch Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

Delicious. Mom liked it a lot. — 4 years ago

Shafer Vineyards

Relentless Napa Valley Syrah Petite Sirah 2011

Decanted for 30 minutes. Drinking wonderfully right now but still no rush! Lush dark fruit, eucalyptus, a bit of bacon fat, and smoke charcoal. Drank side by side with Gorman Winery's The Evil Genius 75% syrah 25% cab blend. The Relentless wins this H2H even when factoring price. — 4 years ago

Love this stuff.

The Devil You Don't Know Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah Mourvedre Petite Sirah 2018

Bold up front. Disappears on the back end. Heavier beef stock type flavor to it. Not too fruity. We enjoyed this one and it was easy to drink. -2018 vintage — 2 years ago

Château Monbousquet

Saint-Emilion Red Bordeaux Blend 2015

Ripe red cherry, sanguine characters, fruit cake [giveaway: St Emilion] allspice, tobacco. High tannins (the grip indicates a vintage with heat spikes) — tasted at the blind tasting session by Mary Gorman-McAdams — 4 years ago

Gorman Winery

Old Scratch Chardonnay 2017

Lightly oaked, notes of pineapple and grapefruit suffused with vanilla. Delicious with baked clams. — 4 years ago

The Bully Red Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon 2013

Some of the best deals in Washington wine come from Gorman IMO. Medium body, brambly red fruit, ink, and meat. Still on the young side, but ready after 30 minutes in the glass. — 5 years ago
