Bright acidity and delicate peach tones make this a great partner to the wonderful food here at Le Dahu restaurant. — 5 years ago
Smoothed out tannins, balances subtle black cherries and blackcurrants for a long-lasting taste in the mouth. Easy drinking now. — 5 years ago
Mild effervescence, ripe pineapple, bright finish the lingers. Must be a great Fendant. The Chasselsas grape varietal that is unique to Switzerland makes for great summer drinking. — 5 years ago
Been holding on to this for 8 years. Super concentrated fruit, in a good way, perfectly balanced by acidity and tanins. It’s of peppercorns, black currant, burst into the mouth. A delicious, full, long-lasting, slightly smoky, taste after a sip. This wine will do well 5 years from now. Glad I have 2 more bottles to enjoy. — 5 years ago
Brunch on a warm summer day in the mountains. What better way to complement our gourmet selection than a delicious Fendant. Signature slight effervescence with balanced fruit and acidity. Bliss. — 5 years ago
Good balance of acidity and fruit. One of the few Chasselas from Switzerland you can buy in the US. — 5 years ago

It’s a demi-sec but you would almost not know it for the deep fruit, peaches, grapefruit, hints of apricot, balanced by good acidity to form an excellent pairing with ahi poke and mahi mahi tacos. — 4 years ago
