Edge has transparency. Aroma is like Toscana initially. But it’s local grape made. More tanning than Negroamaro. Matured black fruits but close to Nero D’alva. 2015. This is for first glass just after opening. It should take a time to decant it. @, pane e vino, 191024 — 3 years ago

Thick skinned with intense aromas of balsamic tinged black fruit. Dark, velvety and well balanced with ripe black raspberry, cherry and blackberry fruit. Fresh, powerful and sweetly fruited. — 4 years ago

Intense ruby color; takes a while to wake up on the nose.
Minerals and cherries on the nose, hinting at the light fruitiness on the palate. Dry to off-dry, but with enough strong notes to stand up to strong flavors.
