Silky Nebbiolo with violet, plums and black cherry notes. Not much earth in the wine, more fruit than soil. Very drinkable, but not at this price point. — 6 years ago
Needs time to open, so decant or have on day 2. Cherries, violets, allspice and subtle hints of tobacco. A really nice wine with more depth than you’d expect for the price. — 6 years ago

Lovely. Lemon peel, hints of tar and slate. Rich and well balanced with a zing of an acidic finish. Long finish. Just delightful. — 6 years ago

Oxidized. Pale orange color. Honey and yeast and caramel apple with wet leaves and damp wood. A real treat, like a dry sherry with more savory depths. — 6 years ago
Black cherry, currant and deep earthy undertones of mushroom, wet leaves and tar. Opens up with more expression after a day. Beautiful. — 6 years ago
Full of strawberry, red currant with some gaminess and wet stone. Tannic, but not overpowering. A big wine that’s not too serious and very fun to drink. Gulpable. — 6 years ago
Needs more time. A bit closed, and not on balance. — 6 years ago

Powerful, raw and beautiful. Needs more time. 3-5 years and will be great. — 6 years ago
