pear, citrus, must. Dare I say a little peppery? Very full bodied. Probably would have been better 6 months ago when I bought it. Oops. — 25 days ago

Citrus forward with notable viscosity in a way so many skin contact wines could only dream of. — 4 months ago
This is exceptional wine, the best example of Barbera I have had. Savoury, slightly bitter, aromatic, slightly tannic, some acid. Perfect with a puttanesca sauce. — 13 days ago
Peppery plum is really shining through on this one. Red licorice and dried spice accents. Tannic grape skin gives it some grip. Long raisin finish. Like the Sun-Maid boxes I ate as a kid. A little sweet for me, but still good quality. Also added some to the passata I’m making from heirloom tomatoes, and it’s quite nice. — 3 months ago
Sipping Fine Wine
Straw lemon color with aromas of stone fruits, citrus and floral notes, made with the Cortese grape. On the palate flavors of pear, green apple and lemon citrus with lively acidity and blossom notes. Medium savory finish ending with citrus and floral mineral character. — 19 days ago
