Chartreuse Verte is my favorite digestif, so I felt it was due for a post.
The aroma is transportive. Like standing in a meadow of freshly cut grass and wild herbs in the summer. In your mouth, a silky progression of flavors unwind: the purest anise and sweet herbs, followed by a fierce bitter bite on the finish that balances the sweetness brilliantly.
I keep a bottle in the freezer and frequently enjoy a pour over a few cubes of ice. — 2 months ago

Brings me back :) every time! 2013 — 2 years ago
Great white burgundy, typical of a young vintage and has great potential. Grass and lemon peel, lightly Oaked, buttery, with great acidity and a nice long finish. — 3 months ago
2017 vintage. Mediocre by itself. Pairs well with baked salmon. Much better than Kim Crawford. Both L and F agree. Get more. — 5 months ago
That bottle! A seriously herbal and tasty French digestif that perfectly capped our dinner of raclette and fondue. #Megeve — 2 years ago

Great QPR at $25.00 per mag
beautiful terroir skillfully worked by Jérômine Paret and Philippe Garnier. Responding to the call of his parents, Jérômine gave up a career as an English teacher to take over the family estate. She then studied business and allied herself with Philippe Garnier, who has one goal in mind: to achieve excellence. She does not regret her choices today and her customers don't either! Thus, the estate evolves each year with new wines and techniques. The organically-farmed vineyards are planted mostly to Marsanne, and this is reflected in the blend, which also includes Bourboulenc, Clairette, Sauvignon, and Ugni Blanc. Fermented entirely in stainless steel and resin-lined cement vats, the wine shows notes of white flowers including honeysuckle, jasmin, and citrus blossom, while aeration reveals secondary nuances of aniseseed, eucalyptus, and hazelnut. — 3 months ago
