Hints of reduction at the start with Meyer lemon and pear fruit. With air the wine gains complexity with Anjou pear, Fuji apple and Meyer lemon accented by matchstick, hazelnut creme anglaise plus subtle minerality. Palate is a nice combo of pear and lemon fruit with almond and lees. Acidity is quite bright which helps balance the wines palate richness. Supple fruit and mineral finish with persistence. Seems to be a start of maturity with potential for the aromas to show further complexity. — 5 months ago
Really quite something, pearled citrus; first time trying this producer and will definitely be back to the well — 2 months ago

This is a very good aligote. Bright. Balanced. Lovely cocktail wine and was very good with sashimi. — a month ago
Also somewhat drunk when I had this. Guy said he paid a lot for it. I liked it but wouldn't pay more than 45 for it. — 2 months ago
