Still tough as nails. Searing mineral with fun herbaceous undertones and soy/hoison notes. — 3 years ago
Enough complexity, enough acidities, enough body, great harmony, 99,99% pure and absolutely no hint of superficiality. Cleaner than Pradeaux or Gaussen and earthier than Pibarnon and Tempier. Tastes exactly right. — 5 years ago
Heavy style of Rosé. Tasty strawberry flavor with almost a red wine consistency. Fragrant strawberry nose. — 2 months ago

Super dry little sucker, like grape skin and cranberry. Interesting though not immediately appealing. — 13 days ago
Dry and robust. Rich and leathery with notes of chocolate, Luxardo cherries, and a little bit of raisin. — a month ago
Popped and poured at La Buvette. Dark garnet with an opaque core. No visual signs of age. Consumed over three hours. Initially reticent but after about 30min, it started to show off. On the nose, dark cherries and cocoa. On the palate, dark chocolate cherry cordial, espresso and baking spices. Tannins built up over time and there’s fantastic acidity. Lovely stuff and seems built for the long haul. A super Bandol on the heels of Tempier and Pradeaux. — 3 years ago

This was the Longue Garde cuvee. Better the second day, or just Garde it for Longue-er. Similar to the regular Bandol but with more heft and a pronounced topnote of cedar. — 19 days ago
