Delicious. Herbal with dark fruit and a bit of mineral. Great Cab Franc! — 2 months ago

Terre Davino

Barbera D'Asti

Vino intenso e molto corposo.... l'ho mangiato insieme alle lasagne e pensavo fosse un errore, invece ha esaltato il gusto di entrambi!
Bella scoperta!

Château de Fosse-Seche

Gondwana 2016

Very nice Cab Franc from Saumur. Quite light in body in tannin, but incredibly aromatic and complex on the palate. A hint of carbonic / biodynamic funk, but mouth filling dark olive, earth, minerally wine. Not a ton of fruit, really. Quite delicious. — 3 years ago

Mt. Jefferson Cuvée Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2015

E molto buono. Ha un profumo buono, molto delizioso. Non e troppo dolce come Carera oppure i altri vini da California. Magari che fosse un po meno caro. — 3 years ago

Peter Weygandt Selection Eolithe Saumur Loire Valley Cabernet Franc Cabernet Sauvignon

Wine 3/3 we put up against homemade pizza night. The blend on this wine was listed as 95% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Much more complete of a wine than the one before it in the evening. Clean and composed, this wine struck a balance of its blend and benefitted from its barrel program. At a great spot with perfectly tuned levels of earth, fruit, and minerality all working together. — 3 years ago
