Dark straw color. Quite some mousse. What a difference a strawberry makes 😀. Agree with other tasters there is quite some apple in it (the ripe, bruised, October style of apple). Interesting nose with even some toasted wood, herbish in its style. Interesting glass of champagne with a lingering finish of over a minute.
