The fragrance is complex and intense with dried fruit, violets, and hint of oak.
On the palate our Vino Nobile is warm and generous, with toasted almonds, oak and spice.
This dry red is magnificent with roasts, game meats, and your favorite hearty pasta dishes. — 7 months ago
Very smooth and well balanced. This is a 2016 vintage. I'm picking up some berry vanilla notes, a clean finish, a very pleasant wine. — 7 months ago
Love. Low tannins. Smooth. Blackberries — 5 months ago
Oh yes! First taste on the palette is amazing! What a marvelous mix of Sangiovese, Merlot, and Cab Sav. Mid palette is smooth and comfy to the taste. Toasting cherry licorice and some light berry. Great Toscana flavors. Back to the nose… sweet lilac and flowery fruit. I would pair this wine with salads, and Salmon or a Pork loin. Like the cool tannins on the finish. Superb sipper! Almost close to the best Virginia wines. Very mature soil taste. — 6 months ago
Very smooth at 7 years. Nice balance and pairs well with Italian food such as Marsala and Lasagna. Drank November 2023. — a month ago
Delicious, dark fruity. Very interesting wine! — 4 months ago
This wine is the result of a selection from the finest grapes in the vineyards of the Chianti Classico area. The St. Giorgio Riserva mirrors the tradition of the refined art of Tuscan winemaking. Aged in oak cast for 24 months and an additional 3 months in bottle, this rich red wine, full bodied and dry, leaves a complex find ouch of cherries and pepper. It is excellent with routs game, duch, pasta and aged cheeses. — 8 months ago
Great Sangiovese for a good price. Fruity but not sweet. Well balanced and easy to drink. — 7 months ago

Medium dark red, purple. Slight cherry on the nose with muted raspberry and modest earth tones. Very hint of sweetness mid palate but finishes smooth with a good blend of fruit and leather. Would definitely have again. — 13 days ago
