Classic Chianti Classico

Licorice and raspberry. A little harsh right out of the bottle, so needs some decant time to soften. Good structure and long finish. Just be patient with this one.

Descent. Maybe a bit over the hump.

Beautifully earthy. Dried herbs, plums, figs and muted dark cherry. Hint of violets and baking spices. Mushrooms on the finish. Nice! Revisited in March 2020.

Disappointing, from bottle king

It’s ok. A little tinny.

Forgot not a fan of chianti's

Light cherry. Slight earthiness. Medium-mouthfeel and finish. Good pre-dinner wine. Drank at Camp on G and S trip.
