Over 2 days this consistently drank really well. Nose of yellow apple, almost caramel candied, delicate baking vanilla and white flower. The acidity is really well balanced between notes of Granny Smith apple skin and yellow apple flesh that move to the front of the palate, while white flowers, pollen and honey tickle the top of the tongue. It worked nicely with lamb sausage, chickpea linguini, and spinach edamame pesto. — 6 years ago
Great with Italian food at Cesar's in Clearwater Beach. Particularly with the beef medallions in mushrooms sauce. — 6 years ago

Italian cream soda, caramel du sel, dried apricot. Hints of sherry and nori umami, with a rich creamy mouthfeel. Finish goes on forever. Think vin jaune aged in sauterne casks by the ocean in sanlucar de barrameda. Malvasia from colares, Portugal. Can’t believe this is only 3 years old. — 6 years ago

Ripe stone fruit, good acidity, opened up nicely after 20 minutes — 7 months ago
Pale ruby; medium intensity aromas of red cherry, blackberry, red plum; dry, medium plus acid, medium alcohol, medium tannins, medium body , medium plus intensity flavors consistent with aromas; bright and clean on palate, fresh but complex, delightful — 4 years ago
Dark Rosè- pairs well with lemon ricotta pasta and That Thing You Do nostalgia. 🕶 — 5 years ago
A very pleasing, exciting, and effervescent white. The nose is flowers, ripe berries, and green apple, while the palate offers a zingy, pleasing green-apple acidity balanced by a little sweetness and a tingling effervescence. A touch of minerality in there too. The finish is clean, a little sweet and quite refreshing. Hard not to just quaff this one. Delicious. — 6 years ago
