Metodo Classico Brut Rosé 2005

More orange than rose in colour. Earthy and yeasty on the nose. Dried apricots, persimmons, with notes of swiss chard, and bitter greens coming through. A dense and earthy taste persists in the palate. More of a thoughtfull wine than just simple bubbles. — 6 months ago


Excellence Brut Champagne Blend
