As far as white varieties from Piemonte are concerned, I tend to encounter Arneis more often than Favorita but this was a very welcome way to change things up! The 2019 “Valle dell’olmo”brings a fascinating nose of confected kiwi, orange pith, white pepper and some toe jam. The wine is dry with medium+ acid. Medium+ finish. Drinking really nice right now and can’t really see the purpose in aging it though it would likely hold easily for a few years. — 5 months ago
I had this in Greenville at Foxcroft. It was great. My fav of the 3 I tried. Juicy and refreshing. Kept me coming back for more sips — 2 months ago
