Watch Hill Vineyard Grenache 2017

A food-loving Grenache from CA—yay! Plenty of cran-ripe acid. Lighter on the spice, higher on the acid. Grilled veggies, charred tomatoes and bell peppers, and a nice Italian Beyond sausage: just what this glass calls for! — 8 hours ago

La Soufrandiere Pouilly-Vinzelles Chardonnay 2014

Full of pear aromas, spice, and tropical fruits on the palate. Smart acidity, full on the palate, with buttery texture and vanilla hints. — 18 days ago

Grey Stack Cellars

Four Brothers Vineyard Pinot Noir 2015

Tart red fruit nose of raspberry, cranberry, and cherry. Bright cherry, on the palate with cranberry, rhubarb, fresh blackberry, and white pepper. Medium minus tannins, medium alcohol, and high acid. A smooth, medium bodied pinot that matched grilled salmon perfectly. — 9 days ago

Brothers Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2016

Decanted two hours. Dark and opaque colour. Very nice nose of black currant, cedar, licorice and very oaky. The palate is powerful, oak and dark fruit dominate, found very little freshness, finesse and elegance to balance out the power at this stage, seems too young or disjointed. 89-90 for the potential maybe
