Origins Méthode Traditionelle Brut Sparkling Blend

Mineral driven Armenian Bubbly! Blend of Khartoun Kharji (70%) and Voskehat (30%) sourced from extremely high elevation vineyards. Aromas and flavors of white flowers, minerals and apricot. Ripe, rich and nicely textured. Well balanced. Excellent QPR. Thanks so much, Kase! — 13 days ago

Dry Red Blend 2018

Loved this! Medium weight, easy drinking red with bright little acid-and-tannic notes, strawberry jam up front, sort of a plum cassis thing in back… delish!! — 4 months ago

Reserve Voskehat 2014

Vintage 2014 | Really inspiring to discover: candy smell, even honey impression, pear, little sweet spot but with refined bitters in aftertaste. Aftertaste is long. — 5 months ago

Domaine Avetisyans

Kataro Red Blend 2019

This winery was destroyed during the war in 2020 when Azerbaijan attacked Artsakh. I am so happy that I got to taste this delicious wine from the ancient lands of Artsakh. Smooth, complex and earthy. — 19 days ago

Ararat Valley Haghtanak 2016

My first Armenian wine. Made with Haghtanak grape, a Soviet-era hybrid between Armenian varietals and Georgian Saperavi. From vineyards in the Ararat Valley, 35 km west of Yerevan. Fermented in steel tanks and aged 7 months in Caucasian oak barrels. Dark ruby/purple color. Dark fruit, vanilla and oak on the nose. Some herbal notes. Full-bodied, big, quite bold and round on the palate. Pomegranate flavors. Tannic. Good value — 3 months ago

Charmat Method bubbly from Armenia. Made from the hybrid Kangun grape. Light straw gold color with a slight greenish hue. Aromas of pear, white flowers and honey. Fresh pear fruit on the pallet with light notes of citrus and marzipan. Nice fine mousse. Racy acidity. Pleasant surprise. — 3 months ago
