Subtle with some wet stones, minty herbs, a shy hint of orchard apple. A whiff of mushrooms undergrowth. Quite cool and with nice energy.
Nice mouthfeel with juicy, vibrant acidity, a mineral, salty, energetic backbone and almost a hint of tannin.
Savoury, herby, juicy, fresh. Excellent with some appetizers, so food friendly.
Light be a bit austere for sipping alone, delicious nonetheless! — a month ago
Best young bottle of this cuvee I’ve had in quite some time. I usually buy 2 and drink one on release and cellar the other for a few years. Age always settles these wines down and takes off some of the hard edges off but this one was ready right now. All the texture that I love DeMoor for, but also rich and round right out of the gate. — a month ago

Very light lemon yellow color. Tight and shy on first sniff….then high bright lemon/ lime and tart Granny Smith aromas. Crisp, mineral, unoaked, light in weight, a hint reductive initially; then opening up with zingy acidity that tiptoes across the palate. The wine opens beautifully as it warms and works well with yellowfin crudo and Chicken breast Romesco. The low ABV and lively acid make for a long, interesting finish. By far my best Aligote ever. — 11 days ago
