Very nice 100% Roussanne from Paso Robles.
Golden round fruit, grassy Paso terroir, with the structure of a barrel ferment. Fantastic and enjoyable now, but harkens for autumn notes of roasted Quail with wild rice stuffing with golden raisins, lavender, and fire roasted veg.

Light straw color. Bouquet of light minerals. Creamy upfront with muted citrus and minerals in the middle and back. An interesting grape. At West Center Wine dinner — a month ago
Refined light and takes your breath away. Strong cherry notes with earthiness to balance. — 2 months ago
The ‘17 vintage of Sixmilebridge’s Estate Cuvée has a deep purple color and a deep, rich nose that shows sweet plum, blackberry and cassis notes. The minerals show up strong as well, providing a savory backdrop for the magnificent fruit. The oak treatment comes across perfectly, with a wonderful sweetness imparted along with some touches of leather and tobacco. On the palate, the dark fruit flavors are in control as the minerals chase them. Acidity is bright and the tannins, while they may have softened, are still quite aggressive upon opening. Let it sit for an hour or so and they tend to settle down. — a month ago

Beautiful salmon color, slight sweetness on the front. — 7 days ago
The velvety texture is not there. I love Halter Ranch Cab! This is different. It’s a bit too edgy. Licorice and green herbs on the nose. Dark burgundy with hints of amber in the glass. Rolls thick on the tongue. Not very fruity but more woodsy. Quite astringent. Will it settle down with time? Only time will tell. — 2 days ago
2019 Vintage. 13.9% Alcohol. 64% Chardonnay and 36% Sauvignon Blanc. Really nice blend with chard from Santa Maria Valley and SB from Adelaida. Great fruit and acidity. Crisp white from Paso Robles. New location in Tin City much nicer than prior with outdoor ambience. — 21 days ago
