Peppery plum is really shining through on this one. Red licorice and dried spice accents. Tannic grape skin gives it some grip. Long raisin finish. Like the Sun-Maid boxes I ate as a kid. A little sweet for me, but still good quality. Also added some to the passata I’m making from heirloom tomatoes, and it’s quite nice. — 3 months ago

Citrus forward with notable viscosity in a way so many skin contact wines could only dream of. — 3 months ago
Gonna have a hard time leaving my last three bottles laying down for any period of time. Chicken parm and a truffle oil pasta are a righteous pairing. — 4 months ago
One of my favorite whites. I find it semi sweet, bright and crisp. Very refreshing. — a month ago
Absolutely amazing Barolo. Oh my. Been a while since I had suck a lovely Italian Barolo that impressed me. Plums, dark cherries and licorice. — a month ago
Golden yellow in colour and nicely aromatic with dried herbs, summer meadow, hints of chamomile, plus some ripe yellow peach in the background. Rich yet salty, fresh & quite savoury.
Medium bodied on the palate, beautifully balanced with ripe peach countered by salty minerality and dried herbs.
This has quite some character so works very nicely with food (risotto milanese!!) less so for sipping solo.

pear, citrus, must. Dare I say a little peppery? Very full bodied. Probably would have been better 6 months ago when I bought it. Oops. — 5 days ago
