This is a tasty Chardonnay from Sonoma Coast. Refreshing and easy to drink. Nicely balanced with a nice mouthfeel.
Needs 15 minutes of airtime to remove some of the vanilla notes, and balance itself out.
Alcohol is well integrated, so you better watch out.
Good by itself or with food, and will be nice to revisit it in a couple of years.

77 acres of very old vaso trained Monatrell vines & 29 acres of 30 year old Cab Sauvignon. A blend of 70% Cab Sauvignon & 30% Monastrell aged 2 years. Dark Ruby with dark berry flavors & complex spice. Rich ripe blueberry & blackberry flavors with vanilla spice, tobacco, balanced acidity. Tannins are approachable but the wine is still very young, long finish ending with integrated oak notes. Still needs time, don’t be tempted but if you wait this will be great! $26 Medium nose. Notes of pear, green apple, lemongrass, lemon rind, spice and vanilla on the nose. Light body. Low alcohol. Low acid. Medium tannins. Dry. There are notes of pear, green apple and grass on the palate. This is a delicious, refreshing white that's easy to drink and well balanced. There are subtle notes of oak that increase the complexity. This is a great example of SB done well. Definitely drink again! — a year ago
Served with the Vinloq System from a 375ml after CNY dinner
Day 1
👃Apricots and honey🍯. Also peaches, and with time: pineapple and some light florality.
👅Peaches, tropical fruit, acetone. Hints of vanilla/oak especially on the finish.
Proper acidity and med sweetness
Alcohol not exposed. Nice 👍
Preserved in fridge under preservation gas. Sauternes resists oxidation well for multiple days or longer without preservation. However, I didn’t return to this bottle for over 4 weeks
Day 29
A new perfume note this time that I didn’t be notice on Day 1
A little more soft and rounded in character now but the same score
Still drinking nicely — 2 years ago

This 6 year old Napa Cabernet is still young, but already very enjoyable, even by itself. Rich and extracted. Fruit forward, but calm.
Good right out of the bottle, and better after 2 hours of airtime.
Very flowery once it opens up. I liked the nose better than the palate. A very enjoyable wine.
