Truly an amazing value for the quality. Lingering, complex finish. Bright red fruit and a cinnamon/cardamom undertone. — 6 months ago
Blend of mostly Merlot with some Cab Sauv and Petit Verdot, aged 17 months in French oak (30% new), very deep Ruby color with rich aromas of dark ripe fruit and sweet spice notes. On the palate flavors of black cherry, raspberry and plum with sweet vanilla spice, cacao and cedar. Fine tannins, long finish ending with balanced acidity, mineral, cacao and oak. — 6 months ago

Bordeaux style blend of Merlot (64%), Cabernet Sauvignon (17%), Cabernet Franc (10%) and Petite Verdot (9%). Dark ruby/purple color with a garnet rim. Aromas of dark berry fruit, graphite and dusty earth. Flavors of blackberry, black cherry, ripe plums, kirsch, black licorice and iron. Full bodied, long finish and intensely structured. One of my favorite stops in Chile. Amazing property that Robert Mondavi had a hand in siting & starting. The view from the top of their mountain side beautifully overlooks their vineyard and the Andes Mountains.
