Next day review. Gentle floral nose, nice acidity and good balance. Long finish, quite dry and acidic. Blend of Pommard and Dijon clones. Only 250 cases made, great finding for under 20$. — 9 years ago

I would never risk incurring @Lyle Fass ‘s wrath by popping less than one month after delivery. And I have several cases that were delivered today, so I’m working on building up my will-power.
Just too tempting. I usually try these wines also in barrel. E&M live very close to Freiburg and I am usually there once a year.
I took - in the past - some backpacking in the Sierra to above 9000 feet they appear delicate but are rock solid.
