Volcanic minerality, citrus, clean, great acid.

Remarkably different from this varietal when it’s from Santorini. Not a bad thing, just super interesting. This one has a light, crisp, melon-like flavour to it. Not unlikeable. Good value.

Lemony, salty, peachy, creamy.

That's an easy going, somewhat creamy assyrtiko. The nose is typical with honey, chalk, melon, a bit of a citrusy, lemony thing too. The palate is more joyful and easy going than what I expected. I wanted more acid drive. It's still very well made with some nice honeyed touches all along the acid drive, some great width and some matter. It's not your simple, easy to sip, Pinot grigio, that's for sure ! There is a significant large mid palate, powering some grip and making way to a nice, long, grippy, zesty and honeyed finish that goes on for a very long while. Not the greatest assyrtiko I've had but definitely worth a sip and a nice rating.

Enjoyed this one. Had with shish tawook and mujadara. Light minerality with lemon and melon. Would buy again.

Lime, white peach, minerals and crisp acidity. Nice with grilled pork chops, summer squash and green beans. Perfect relaxing in the deck.

Zesty zesty zesty. Light color with a hint of hay. Lots of citrus. Getting lime and lemon peel. Very solid mainland Assyrtiko.

Super affordable Greek white. Nothing fancy but quintessential saline, mineral.
