Beaujolais Gamay

After hearing a lot about bottle variation I was a bit scared to open this. Once the reductive notes blew off, it was really quite good and multifaceted! Delicate and juicy. Black cherries, raspberries, oregano, white pepper, chili, celery salt, dry crumbling rocks.

Such a great blend of bright fruit and funky earth. Big fan. All pieces in their respective places.

Dark fruit good acidity and a hint tomato leaf. Super easy and fun

Good depth with a pretty nose. Impressed given it only being a bojo and not a cru.

Must’ve had this 2015 a dozen times already. Hot vintage shows really nicely. Enjoy fresh. Last time I let this go to second day it fell apart with a little mouse coming forward. Fresh this is just so exuberant, dense, very drinkable.

Showing plenty of natural wine funk, carbonic red fruit with a touch of celery salt and white pepper, quite tasty.
