Sekt Extra Brut Riesling

Loads of lemon. Fresh. Incredibly easy to drink.

Candied fruit. A little too unfocused for my taste.

Lean pear and apple with skin. Cut stone. Bone dry. Afterthoughts of yeast.

i've enjoyed everything from this producer - this was fairly austere, quite dry & linear, tiny bubbles, yeasty, vacillated between a hint of citrus & apples, bottle just vanished

Big soapy bubbles, high acid, zero yeasty/bready notes. Tropical fruit and slate. Uncomplicated but easy to enjoy. Bottle was gone in a flash. Another value from Von Winning.

Very impressive with all the notes of a good Riesling shining through
