Pop and pour. White pepper, cucumber, mint, wet stone..so fresh and clean on the nose. On the palate: ok acidity on the front end, cucumber water, mint, wet stone, lime. So fresh and clean. acidity picks up near the end for a nice juicy finish. For my palate, needs more up-front acidity.

Nose is very quiet and opened up slightly slightly over the course of the night. Slightly more generous on the palate. Aromas and flavors overwhelmingly stony/minerally, white pepper, white flowers, lemon and lime peel, bitter melon, underripe peaches. Pretty classic Gruner.
