Flat Sprite, green vegetal notes, acid. Great for a Gruner, but not what I wanted for spicy Thai.

Is Gruner the most undervalued grape. This is varietal driven - pure, classic, direct, layered, and complex. Spicy green nose of thyme, sage, celery, and orange. Mouth has lemon, yellow apple, and white pepper. I love this wine.

The other Hirsch. Empty now because it's damn quaffable. The adult equivalent of flat 7-up as a kid.
