Fantastic wine. Deep nose. Apples, apricots, superb floral aromatic minerality. Slate, grapefruit pith. Glorious spice. Really bright and lifted aromas. Palate is so balanced, juicy, pure and complex. Loads of juicy, apple and citrus fruit. Terrific concentration, sap and depth. Lingering minerals and apricots. For a big wine this is feather like.

Hell yea! Just that perfect Riesling balance of sugars that have relaxed in the bottle, with a dry clear structure, and a hint of petrol / apricot funk. And just right with some spicy Sichuan 🌶

Palate : rich. Spice. Nose is almost cheninny. Dense. Nose has that hot wet slate effect.

Astonishing tripod of citrus, apricot fruit, evergreen needles and savory herbs. Paired with citrus rosemary garlic thyme Dijon mustard marinated pork loin. TyFass selections. I am very happy. You wish you were here. 2015 vintage

Great nose, but the palette is far too lemony for me.

Apple and citrus skin, very creamy and coaxing in the mouth. The overripe fruit tones subdued on day two, guess this just needs more cellaring. Dense, full flavored with well balanced minerality 95+

Nose is screaming eagle mosel green apple out of the gate. Wow. Just leaps into the nose. Super ripe green apple. willi Schaefer levels of concentration. Interlaced minerality. Wow. Just that crunchy mosel minerals. Almost minerals made from petrified rips green apples they’re almost sweet. Gorgeous nose. Wow. As it averages it’s awesome. Almost a mineral green apple flower.

Palate is mind boggling. Extra extra extra levels of dense concentrated green apple. Some Grapefruit pith. Intensely mineral. Very very dense for a mosel wine. Sick concentration. Some candied grapefruit. Tremendous bright acidity. Wakes the palate. A little salty. Almost savory. Massive minerality. Almost painful like an explosion of rocks. Very delicious.

Long finish. Like you sucked on a delicious rock and it powdered in your mouth. Stunning. Terrific dense green apple in the finish. Almost mineral spice.

Golden straw color. Ever so slightly off dry. Beautifully balanced acidity, mineralogy, and fruit. Very elegant.
