Aug 19th, 2017Showing advanced age, but in a good way! Nose had med intensity and complexity dominated by petrol notes. Vaseline, kerosene, with a backdrop of lime and a touch of fruit. Pale yellow color. Great clarity. Nose is fuming of robust earth, wet asphalt, rocky mineral, petrol, green apple. Just keeps coming.
Light, round edges with focused flavor. Minerals, green apple, hint of mango, lasting finish. Pleasantly surprised. Opened 3/10/17
