Dry Farms Wine

I met some folks from the winery at a tasting last year, was impressed so I grabbed a few bottles. Recently open another bottle. Straw yellow with aromas of stone fruits and floral. On the palate Apple and Apricot flavors, still nice and crisp with more roundness than my previous notes. The wine finished with citrus mineral notes. Nice value.

Pro ratings are on the mark here. Refreshing #grunerveltliner from #weinviertel. Lovely wet chalk, faint chives and vegetal notes, crisp acidity, touch of spritz when you first open the bottle and some citrus and white pepper on the finish. Here is your green salad slayer pairing wine.

Clear light lemon color. Stone fruit (nectarine?) and citrus nose. Dry, lemony, again with the stone fruit! Light, summertime refreshment.

Green, dry, and refreshing, like a good gruner should be.

Slightly fruity. Decent enough.
