Niederösterreich Dry Grüner Veltliner
An Austrian “signature” grape. Well-structured and crisp this Gruner Veltliner shows plenty of green bell-pepper, green-pepper and citrus character. Flavors of lemon, pepper and slight nuttiness, medium finish with lively acidity and very good balance. Drink now.

Nov 3rd, 2022Prototypical #grünerveltliner - once it breathes some pear, spring grass, vegetal nose. Beautiful, bright acidity on palate, signature Grüner peppery zing on tongue, green onion notes on finish. Pitch perfect food pairing wine. Salad with Green Goddess dressing, light fried food, ceviche with green onion - all good!

Dec 19th, 2021Nose: smells like dry white wine! A bit lemony and a little salinity/ocean sort of smell. Taste: about the same. Crisp lemon, a little mineral-saltiness, a nice slightly-green-vegetable taste too. Simple, but good. Really like it for for $12/liter (~$9/bottle). May buy again. 88.
