These stein Rieslings are very nice

2022. Lime aromas, complex fruit flavors, saline higher acidity finish. We really liked it with sautéed red cabbage and potato gnocchi.

Purity

Excellent Riesling. Stone fruit, green apple Jolly Rancher, salt, grass, minerals, bitter-dry finish. Uplifting and fresh. With sesame-kimchi salmon, bok choy and sushi rice. Very good pairing.

Perfect acid and tropical fruits. Drank at room temperature.

Crisp, slightly effervescent, pomelo.

This is actually the Spatlese Trocken. Crisp acidity and tart, dry fruit. Screaming acidity.

Green apple. Wow. Nothing else can enter the mind
