Too weary to write proper notes. To my mind, one of the greatest producers in Oregon.

Super reductive. Nutty, tight, flinty. Needs a long decant at this point. Day 2 turns into something quite special for the price point. Saltywaxy citrusy Oregon meets Chablis meets Jura.

Rich and round, but balanced with pronounced acidity. Notes of lemon, stone fruit, and white florals with a hint of nuttiness. Structured and mineral-driven. A top-notch domestic Chardonnay with Burgundian character. Purchased at Brooklyn Wine Exchange in Brooklyn, NY.

Bright light gold, with medium-weight and viscosity. Sweet, ripe lemon-curd and just a hint of sulfur reduction. Lemon, lime, pear, ouzu, kiwi... really nice fruit basket and a long textured finish. These guys are killing it with Chardonnay... and this blend is just the beginning.

My first Walter Scott and I know this is intro bottling, but I thought it was great. $28 it’s a great QPR.
