This was a damn good wine that inspired a frustrated rant. If I had bought this in a shop, the alcohol (10%) would have told me it was dry. I bought it online, though, trusting I was getting the fruity sweet Riesling Kabinett I was shopping for. Putting Trocken on the label would have been nice.

2019. We wanted something easy for dinner since my flights in were delayed a bit, so take out sushi it is. Had a bottle of Garganega in the fridge that I bought on discount on a whim when I was back a few months ago, but thought a bottle of Riesling may be good too. I loved this petrol and tropical fruit rich wine with the spicier maki and on its own.

Off-dry, without the sweetness being overbearing (I typically prefer drier styles). So many different aromas, but still very easy to drink.
