More complexity with age. One of those wines where you know from the first sniff that you are in for a treat. About a year and a half since my last btl, and very much in a sweet spot. On the nose: vanilla, soft honey, lime, wet stone, soft struck match...then the citrus closes in and you get dense lemon lime. On the palate: fantastic acidity, lemon, lemon oil, wet stone..great density...and a long finish. Just lovely.

Nice Villages appellation with a vivid acidity, the palate is fairly rich and wide, vibrant flavours, very nice. 89-90

Fragrant nose, very floral with pineapple. The palate is full, clean, and bright. Pear and lemon dominate with a distinctly nutty undertone. Finish and body are mid-long and luscious. Outstanding with grilled octopus and sea bass.
