Dec 13th, 2017Pop and pour...more than 3 years since my last btl. Sad this is my final.btl. On the nose: marzipan, lemon, thyme, soft noble reduction. On the palate: acidity seems slightly attenuated, good density, loads of wet stone, more marzipan, and sour lemon. Lovely.
