Like with the 2010, I tasted the #vik 2011 daily from different bottles over 10 days. This wine has a very firm structure with great balance and restraint on the abv. The fruit is tightly wound and deep. This wine has great complexity and will age very well. A great wine. #millahue #chile

Aromatisk med doft av mörka bär, rooibos, chark, rosenträ, nypon och exotiska toner som grape. Smaken följer efter med mycket mörka bär och plommon. Även uppkryddat med grön paprika, blyerts, kakao och eukalyptus. Taninerna är mogna och vinet känns fint utvecklat men har kvar mkt fräschör.

👄 Full body of rich silky intense but balanced black fruits in oozy melted chocolate & creamy blueberry w/ a raspberry liquorice backbone in fine rock minerals

🎯 Long black fruit, raspberry, touch dry mineral & cocoa linger w/ a lasting purple teeth stain 😁
